Summary/Objective
As a Social Media Assistant, you will assist with content creation and planning, social media management, and creating newsletters and other ads. As a unique perk, you will have the ability to work with the social media team at Grunt Style for collaborative content and initiatives. This is a part-time, hourly position. Additional duties may be assigned.

Job Duties:
- Post to and manage notifications for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Create content for each social media platform as well as newsletters
- Respond to all direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and product knowledge
- Be enthusiastic and informative about all 22 Sierra products
- Work as a team to achieve sales goals
- Maintain all visual standards and expectations
- Take direction from and report to assigned supervisor

Minimum Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Veteran, or family of veteran, preferred
- Experience managing accounts for e-commerce brands
- Experience creating content for different social media platforms and scheduling posts.
- Experience with Adobe. Canva will not be used for 22 Sierra content.
- Experience with photography and Adobe Lightroom is a plus.

Work Environment
Fast paced, high pressure at times. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule if needed by management.

- Frequently required to communicate verbally and conduct conversation in person and on phone.
- Frequently required to operate buttons and controls on coffee equipment and point of sale systems

- Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position is part time and located at the Mount Vernon, MO HQ with the opportunity for remote.
Travel
Travel will be required for offsite events. Mileage will be paid or transportation will be provided.
