Operation Cold Brew - Medium Roast

OCB is a smooth blend with low acidity and makes the perfect cold brew for your shop.  We brew our cold brew for 24 hours using a 1:1 ratio of coarse grounds and cold water, then dilute to a 2:3 ratio of cold brew concentrate and cold water.
